GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

The use of a Always Upstairs Day Spa gift voucher constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Treat the voucher like cash.
Vouchers are redeemable against treatments and products at Always Upstairs Day Spa @ Emerald Casino

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

No cash balance will be given as change.

Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issue in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. This does not include complimentary/promotional vouchers.

SHIPPING INFO

e-Vouchers are emailed Monday – Friday during office hours (08:30 – 17:00) Excluding Public Holidays.

Physical gift cards are available from our spa @ Emerald Casino.
